Orders can be despatched to your home or work place. Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm and may require a signature. You will only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for (and are eligible for) Saturday delivery.
Please note: Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday delivery. If a signature is required and no-one is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.
Within the shopping cart there is a facility where you can add special delivery instructions. For example: "If out, please leave with neighbour".
We dispatch orders on weekdays only, Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays. If you place your order on Friday before 4:00pm on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Monday. If you place your order over the weekend on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Tuesday.
We shall endeavour to deliver by the date specified. We will take reasonable steps to notify you within 14 days of order confirmation if Goods will not be shipped as ordered.

In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from BrandLink Golf you may return unused goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund on the product. We regret that refunds cannot be made for golf equipment that shows evidence of having been used. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.
We cannot accept returns for second hand items.
Please Note: We cannot offer refunds on custom-made products unless they are faulty.
All goods come with the individual manufacturers guarantee. If an item is faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken:
For purchases under 14 days old, we will exchange the item at our expense. Please e-mail us via our contact form to arrange an exchange.
For purchases over 14 days old and less than 12 months old please send back the item to the address below. We will contact the relevant manufacturer who will inspect the item and at their discretion, they will either repair, replace or return the item to you (we return the item if we feel there is no manufacturing fault). If they feel the item is faulty, then we will reimburse reasonable costs that were incurred when the item was returned.
Sending back a product
Send your unused or faulty product(s) to the address below. Please include a covering note with your name, address and order number. Please explain the action you would like us to take. We recommend that you use a reputable courier.
We can accept no responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
Please note: If you send a product back for an exchange, we will charge you for shipping the new product back to you.
The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements.
Please enclose a copy of your delivery note or a covering letter, stating your name, address and order number, reason for return and desired course of action.
We recommend that you use a reputable courier Please retain any proof of posting, receipt or tracking number for any item returned as we cannot accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
